Simply read this guide, and come and see us, or give us a call with any questions:

1 - If you are interested in registering with Capelfield, first check to see if you live within the practice boundary (click the link below). If you are not sure, then please ask us in reception, or give us a call.

2 - If you do then, drop into the Practice (link to directions).

3 - If you have an NHS card, then bring that with you.

4 - The three partners (doctors) in the practice accept patients to their lists on rotation, so if you want to register with a specific doctor you will need to make an appointment with the Practice Manager, Linda Kendall, to discuss this.
