The practice has adopted a system called Advanced Access which means that most appointments are booked on the day.

• The first four appointments in the morning can be booked a week in advance.

• All other appointments are booked on the day and you should telephone the surgery after 8.30 a.m.

If you need to see a doctor that day you will be seen but not necessarily by the doctor of your choice.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH APPOINTMENT IS FOR ONE PATIENT ONLY

Appointments are booked for 10 minutes. Please bear this in mind so that doctors can try to keep to time.

URGENT APPOINTMENTS

MEDICALLY URGENT CASES WILL ALWAYS BE SEEN THE SAME DAY, usually by the duty doctor if the doctor of your choice is already fully booked. Please consult the Home Visits and Emergencies page.

OTHER ISSUES

If you simply need advice from a doctor or other member of staff, telephone the surgery between 10 and 11.30am.
